How to Make Your Own Stress Ball

Feeling stressed a lot? Having a way to relieve stress at your desk, in front of the TV, or wherever you may be is important for your health and one very simple way is to use a stress ball for squeezing away the tension. Great for those who use electronic equipment a lot, a stress ball gives your hand and wrist muscles a workout while your mind gets to focus on removing some of that stress. Making your own is really easy and it's something the kids can help with if you're so inclined.
